A bit about Gigi:
Gigi’s goal is to provide you with the most recent information and marketing tools. Her counselling style will enable you to make informed and educated decisions around buying or selling your home or investment property.
As a buyer, you will be given a list of all current and available homes within your budget. You will also be given a complete analysis of properties that have recently sold. This information will help you understand the current market and what the trends are. As well, as a seller, this approach will allow you to determine the BEST price for your home.
When assessing a home for a seller or a buyer, it is not uncommon for Gigi to “get right in there” and check the home from top to bottom on the inside and out. She will give you an idea what works and what needs improvement. This has proved to be valuable information to many investors as disclosure and due diligence are paramount in her business model.
As her client, Gigi will negotiate on your behalf making your needs a priority. Everything is transparent. You will be given all the information necessary to make your decisions.
Education:
Gigi's background is in Social Services and Health Care where she worked with marginalized populations, providing support through difficult life circumstances.
Gigi is a graduate of the University of Toronto. She also has a special interest in personal health and the environment. Her focus is to educate the public on environmental sustainability and housing. Gigi is an AGA (Accredited Green Agent) with NAGAB (National Association of Green Agents and Brokers).
